5 Things You should know while servicing your vehicle

1. Air Filter: -

The air filter is one of the most replacing element in car servicing.
A good air filter can be used from 5000km to 15000km, so when it comes to car service, you must say that don't  change air filter .The price of an air filter is below 500rs for hatchback.
If the service guys told you that they replaced the airfilter,You should confirm that they replaced old airfilter with a brand new air filter.But if you see a white smoke in car you should change your air filter,White smoke is mainly due to Air blockage

2.Oil Change:-

All vehicle owners are using there vehicles in different manner,Some vehicle owners use there vehicles very often like 1000km per year,But most of the vehicle owners use there vehicles daily like 1000km per month.We don't want to replace engine oil  for less using cars.Service centre guys change car oil not only by kilometers they change engine oil by duration too.They change car oil by 9 months or 15000km.If a vehicle  done less than 10000km then you don't want to change the engine oil.
You can check the engine oil condition by simply pulling a yellow liver from the engine,If the liver shows dee black engine oil You should change the engine oil

3.If the vehicle is been hit or had some minor damage : -

If the vehicle is accidental or a minor hit, try to repair outside authorized service centers,They will repair cars dents and paint it likes brand new with very very less amount than authorized service centre guys.You should know that at authorized service centers each and every element has taxes,So at last you should pay a huge amount.So try to repair your car outside service centres.Go to authorized service centres if you need to claim your insurance.

4.No matter what item you replaced,Ask them to give your old replaced item:-

You should confirm that the item is replaced in your car & not only in the bill.Even if it's an airfiler or spark plug anything.You should confirm that the service guys replaced your old item with brand new item 

5. Try to take your vehicle during the day time from service: -

Try to take your vehicle during the day time from the end of the service,So that you can if they washed your car properly or thay repaired your car properly.Look every bits of the car check properly
